Information you provide
Polo processes account and sign-in information, your username, display name, bio, optional social link, profile photos, channel banners, stream details, and content you choose to share. Community information includes chat messages, follows, notification preferences, reports, blocks, moderation actions, and acceptance of community terms.
How information is used
Information is used to sign you in, manage your profile and saved accounts, transmit broadcasts, deliver chat and community features, enforce access permissions, and investigate safety reports. Connection and stream-status information supports playback and viewer presence.
What others can see
Your channel profile, published channel photos, stream details, live broadcasts, and public chat can be visible to other people, including viewers without an account. Do not publish information you want to keep private. Previously uploaded private videos are not public live broadcasts or replays.
Service providers
Lovable Cloud supports account services, data storage, and uploaded files. LiveKit processes live audio, video, and connection information to deliver broadcasts. If you use a third-party sign-in provider, that provider also processes your sign-in under its own privacy policy.
Device permissions and sessions
Camera, microphone, and screen access are requested when you use features that need them. You can deny or revoke access in your device or browser settings. Polo uses cookies and browser storage for sign-in and account selection; saved account sessions are held in encrypted cookies unavailable to page scripts. Signing out does not delete your account.
Storage and retention
Account information and uploaded content remain stored until removed or processed through a deletion request. Live broadcasts are not currently saved as replays by Polo. Records needed for security, abuse investigations, or legal obligations may need to be retained; contact us to ask what applies to your data. No fixed deletion or backup-expiry period is promised here.
Your choices and deletion
You can edit your profile, remove your channel photos, and change available notification preferences. To request access, correction, or removal of account data, contact the address above. See account and data deletion for instructions.
Children’s privacy
Polo’s child-privacy safeguards and account eligibility rules are not finalized. Do not create an account for a child or submit children’s personal information. Contact us if you believe such information has been provided.
